What is the standard delivery time for orders?
For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days. International shipping may take 7 to 10 working days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused, unworn item with original tags within 14 days of purchase. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for all domestic orders across Pakistan. For international orders, we accept payments via major Credit/Debit cards and Bank Transfers.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to photographic lighting and different screen resolutions, the actual color may vary slightly from what you see on your device.
Does Bonanza Satrangi offer stitching services?
We offer both unstitched fabrics and Ready-to-Wear collections. Currently, custom stitching services for unstitched suits are available only during specific seasonal campaigns.
